A series of celebrations to commemorate the Birth, Enlightenment and Parinirvana of Guatama Buddha was held on the 14th of May 2022 on behalf of the Vesak Full Moon Poya Day, together with the participation of Monks, Nuns and Lay people. Chanting of Pirith and Dhamma sermons were held at the Nihada Arana Premises under the guidance of the chief abbot Ven. Aluthgamgoda Gnanaweera Thero.
